The growling stopped and the hold loosened but held firmly
The hand lifted it and pressed it into something smooth and I could feel some bumps on the back of my hand, and something warm and soothing caressing my fingers.
"what...a weird dream" I muttered and opened my eyes reluctantly, a small whine escaped my throat when I realized that it's still dark outside.
'who in their right mind would wake me up?!' I asked incredulously
I tried to turn in a more comfortable position and that's where I remembered the hand that was holding mine.
